3. The Creative Counsellors Club maintains an email mailing list of those who freely subscribe via a third-party server, in this case Convertkit & Thinkific. These emails are used by us only to email newsletters, occasional updates, and promotional content. You are free to unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of your newsletter emails. Your email will never be passed on to third parties by us.
4. The Creative Counsellors Club is not responsible for any republished content from us on other websites, blog comments or other media.

• Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests for sending any certificates or competition prizes that you have entered to win.
• Other information relevant to customer orders, surveys and/or any offers or giveaways.

6. What We Do Not Collect: Our standard practices include using secure third-party payment processors for any online payments to us. We currently use Stripe & Paypal for this reason. For the benefit of your privacy and security, we do not collect any of the following information:
• Bank account information – unless you request for us to make a payment to you
7. What We Do with the Information We Gather: We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
• We may use the information to improve our products and services.
• We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
• From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We will always contact you by email address or Facebook. We may use the information to customize the website and our courses according to your interests.

We are committed to ensuring that our websites contains content that is valuable and useful to our readers. To help us with this we have implemented the Google Analytics demographics and interest reporting features on our website. These tools allow us to review anonymous data regarding the gender, age and interests of website visitors and adapt our website content to better reflect their needs. Although this information is collected through your Google ad settings, it is not provided to us in a personally-identifiable format. This means we cannot identify what information is about you, and we will never attempt to do so. You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customise Google Display Network ads using the Google Ad settings or through the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

This is our course website and is managed by the Thinkific platform. Thinkific collects your email address, your name and asks you to create a password of your choosing when you sign up. We have access to these details should you need our support but we never share these details with anyone else. Should you wish to have access to or to delete any information that we hold about you then you can either log in yourself and change or delete your information or you can ask us to do this for you.
